I've found everyone here to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. But what you really want from people at a clinic like this is empathy. You go to a sleep clinic because you're struggling with something and every step of the way with every concern I had they replied with thoughtfulness, care, and understanding. Jasleen and Carlos in particular were great to me in helping me understand the trials people go through with CPAPs and let me know what I was feeling was normal, and that went a long way towards accepting it. The whole experience was smooth and easy. Jasleen answered all my questions and helped me find the best machine and mask suitable for me. Front desk were also friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience!
