After a disappointing experience at a different CPAP provider, we were hesitant to try again. But our entire experience at White Rock's Coastal Sleep has been great. From being given a choice of masks and shown how to use them to being monitored for correct usage of the machine, we found every step of the process to be patiently explained and demonstrated. Many thanks to Simmie for helping my husband to better health!
Coastal Sleep has been very supportive in my learning curve about sleep apnea. Even in my apprehension about starting on a CPAP machine, they explained the mechanics behind it and what a health benefit it was for someone with moderate sleep apnea. Vanessa was such a key person in helping me to walk through the steps of understanding my machine and called me regularly through that month trial period to see how I was doing. I felt like I wasn't walking alone through it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic.
I had a wonderful experience at Coastal sleep clinic in South Surrey. Clinician Simmi is extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how to care for my CPAP machine and helped me with best options for masks. Thank you Simmi 😊
I was extremely happy with the service at White Rock CoastalSleep and particularly impressed with the help from Simmie Rai. Initially I was quite reluctant to embrace the use of a CPAP device but it has been an incredible success for me. Thank you for all the assistance and support Simmie. The staff (Soyna) was very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Speedy service but not feeling rushed. If you are looking for a sleep clinic I would 100% recommend
