The team at Coastal Sleep- White Rock are phenomenal. Kuljit, Simmie, and the front desk staff are extremely professional. I had a great experience with this sleep apnea clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the respiratory therapist, Vanessa, was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Since starting CPAP therapy, I’ve been sleeping better, feeling more rested, and waking up with more energy during the day. Definitely highly recommended to anyone needing help with sleep apnea.
Vanessa Gilera is very accommodating and personable in her approach. I had delayed getting a CPAP machine and was even considering switching to an oral appliance since I am already used to one due to my TMJ. I’m very fortunate that she personally called me and patiently explained everything in great detail, which gave me complete peace of mind and confidence moving forward.
I am deleting my review, as I feel I was in the wrong.
