So appreciative of Dr. McKay and staff! Everyone is so friendly and even though my clinician is booked out months in advance they were able to squeeze me in when I really needed it. Will definitely continue to go back for any dermatology needs!

I have been a patient for several years. Everyone from reception to clinicians are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and all my providers have been great.

I was a patient at Coastal Surgery and Dermatology in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. I woke up one morning with awful large, itchy red welts on my neck. My husband commented that it looked like I had been mauled by a bear. i I called Coastal and told the woman who answered what my situation was. I said that it was an emergency and who could see me for a few minutes. She said I would have to make an appointment for the following month! She obviously didn’t understand how bad this was. Stay AWAY from this location unless you have exceptional insurance. Originally I was under the care of Darla. She is so amazing and I looked forward to my appointments to see her. I thought about following her to Miramar location when she transferred but I didn’t due to distance. During this time I referred many people to this office. I don’t have a problem with the care I received under the new physician they assigned me. However, my co- pays became higher and higher.
