It has been a pleasure working with Jim and Coastal Shores Home Concierge Service LLC. As a non-profit museum charged with looking after a special home in Seymour, CT, built in the 1940s, the board needed to find someone reliable to find and fix any issues that arise in and around the house from attic to basement. The reason I use this service is because I know and trust Jim the owner. He's an experienced contractor who has the knowledge and experience to vet subcontractors in a way I can't. Here's a recent anecdote: During the holidays in 2019, I casually mentioned to Jim that the water in my heat pipes was gurgling. I didn't know if that was a big deal or not.
