We had a really complicated buying experience. It was frustrating. Delayed. And we made multiple trips to Carrollton from Norfolk. We STILL give this place 5 stars because of the friendly, helpful staff, the graciousness by which our frustrations were met, and David's willingness to make sure we went home with the trailer style we wanted. Amy, Tracia, Maria, Andy, and Keith were ALL working hard to make us comfortable and happy while loose ends were tied up. Great place to buy an rv. The outback we bought is incredible and got a good price. Had a bit of a mix up with the weekend people verifying a price for us but the owner made it right and threw in the hookups we need to get my family on the road. Highly reccomend.
This place and its owner are a joke! We bought a camper from them 2 yrs ago and had a great sales experience. The reason I'm giving them 1 star is because their service department is the worst experience my husband and I have ever had!!! They have taken up to 2 months to make repairs, even after having an appointment, causing us to miss multiple camping trips. We have yet to go camping without finding something wrong with it and on most occasions it's been something we were told was "fixed". When speaking with David, we are ... read more
