I hired Joel on a reccomendation of a friend. Initially i needed 2 sky lights sealed for which I was charged $420. A bit high but I needed it done and it was completed within a weeks time. Here's where everything goes horribly wrong. I also had some wood rot around the lower portions of my house. So I hired Joel to fix this also.
