Don't be fooled by the reviews!! Called ABC investigative reporter !!! Called BBB !!! Coastal Roofing replaced my roof 5 years ago, cut out the opening for additional roof vents but left 4 foot of opening no paper and shingled over the opening causing my shingled to blow out.. wasn't aware of the major shoddy job and paid them for repairs after hurricane Ian. Our roof was damaged after Hurricane Milton. We called a couple of companies. Coastal Roofing came out the day after I called, gave us an estimate that evening and were in constant contact with any questions we had. They were efficient, courteous, responsive, and assisted us through the whole process. Their price beat the others and we felt they included more with a higher quality shingle. We highly recommend Coastal Roofing!
I have been through two hurricanes with this company. Great customer service and they do great work.
I used coastal after Ian and now after Helen. Very good customer service and follow up. Technician stayed and waited out the rain just to finish the job!! Outstanding!!!
