If you are a contractor I would advise not doing any work for this company. We submitted an invoice the beginning of April and keep getting the run around as to why we have not been paid. You can’t get in touch with anyone in their office and when you submit a contact us no one ever calls back.
Coastal Ridge recently bought Midtown Apartments at WKU. They ruined that place and made everyone feel unsafe. They hide behind computers and won’t handle issues. They faked images of my carpet being ruined and charged me $400 and only gave me 30 days to pay. As a COLLEGE APARTMENT owner… this is unreal. Crooks. If you all see this… I will take down all of my reviews if you remove my damage charge.

Colt with Lane Lofts maintenance is the man Got back from a few days out of town and noticed our ac had went out in our apartment. We put in a maintenance request and had a lapse in communication although it was frustrating Colt made sure it was taken care of as soon as it was brought to his attention and left us a mobile ac unit while our central AC caught up. It’s not the first time he’s made sure the job was done quickly and correctly.
Lane Lofts in Columbus is a great place to live! Colt from the maintenance team is always quick to help with any issues that arise.
