This is for their property Polo Run Apartments in Yardley, PA There are great things about Polo Run like the property itself and the surrounding area, the maintenance crew, and the neighbors. In the end though, I have had a terrible experience with the office and I feel that people should be aware of this experience. We leased with Minnetonka Station in MN. If I could give negative stars, I would. You can't reach anyone to help you, and when you do, EVERY employee just passes the buck and NEVER gets back to you. You leave multiple voicemails and "request to be contacted" on the website, and crickets. I've never had so many issues as a tenant. DO NOT LEASE from any of their properties, RUN!
