I have been a member of Coastal Retreat for 2 years. I love the atmosphere - it really feels like you’re working out at the beach! And the staff are friendly and welcoming! I am definitely proud of my fitness progress over the past 2 years! Highly recommended!
This is the best pilates studio! Instructors are knowledgeable and want every member to reach their potential. It's an environment where all feel welcome. I've been a member for a while and I'm very happy.
I’ve had a Pilates membership at Coastal Retreat since May 2023, attending classes three times a week, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I have been attending this studio for 3 months. Kristen is an amazing instructor and super kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this studio to anyone interested in Pilates or yoga. Awesome place!!
