Terrible management. Overcharges for services not done. Terrible follow through.
My wife and I have exclusively used Coastal Rentals for the past several years to rent and oversee our home in Sun City Bluffton, SC. The staff at Coastal treats our home like their own. The house is rented promptly and the renters are looked after as well. When our vacuum broke while house was rented, CR recommended a replacement - we ordered it - and CR went out to the house to help assemble and ensure the renters were satisfied. Rented from coastal rentals for 3 yrs! Loved them! Very professional and always available to help! Had many events when we needed them and they were able to help every time! Would rent with them again if ever In the area! Awesome group!
About a week ago, I along with a Coastal Rentals real estate agent looked at a rental home in Sun City. Immediately upon arriving I noticed the lawn and shrubbery looked very unkept especially along the sidewalk leading into the house.
