This company is not good! They manage slum properties on airbnb. They have horrible custoer service. #bloodysheets
My mother "attemped" to stay at the Patricia Grande for her 60th birthday vacation. Upon arrival, and being there for over 5hrs, she was met with another guest in her room who said the condo was rented out by her. They double booked it! The other lady was the brother of the owner (so as you can imagine my mother was told she had to leave). Gosia Cooke was absolutely horrible with customer service.
