Very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We’ve used Coastal for both our heating and cooling systems different times throughout the year. Each time we were greeted with fast friendly service from Chris and Connor who are very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with the system. Having just moved into our Asbury Park condo and experiencing bitter cold temperatures, we discovered that our heat pump couldn't keep up. Within the same day we had a technician (Chris) show up troubleshoot and resolve the issue which included correcting both a Nest thermostat and an incorrectly wired system. He was very professional, prompt, and took the time to explain everything. I would not hesitate to book the job with this company and will likely sign up for a maintenance contract. A+++ in all categories.

Yesterday, a technician from Coastal came to my home to diagnose an issue and was able to put a temporary fix in place while we plan for a more permanent solution. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and professional. As a business owner, what stood out most happened after the visit. Although I had already paid my invoice in full, they reached out to let me know there had been an overcharge on one line item. They immediately apologized and offered options to correct it. Our favorite tech Chris works for this company, so only naturally we reached out to them when we had to replace our AC unit on the second floor after many years. The unit was original to the house, and it appears that the builder made a narrower attic opening than was required to swap the units. Without any fuss, the amazing team of Mike, Connor, and their assistants disassembled and assembled all that required. They worked quietly, efficiently, and extremely cleanly. Made a mistake of getting them for tankless water heater leak issue where they have no expertise or plumbing license. They had serviced HVAC unit and flushed the water heater previously as part of annual maintenance contract. Instead of coming, doing nothing and charging for the service call, they should have mentioned over the phone that leaks from the main unit is not in their expertise area and I should get a licensed plumber instead.
