Very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We’ve used Coastal for both our heating and cooling systems different times throughout the year. Each time we were greeted with fast friendly service from Chris and Connor who are very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with the system. Having just moved into our Asbury Park condo and experiencing bitter cold temperatures, we discovered that our heat pump couldn't keep up. Within the same day we had a technician (Chris) show up troubleshoot and resolve the issue which included correcting both a Nest thermostat and an incorrectly wired system. He was very professional, prompt, and took the time to explain everything. I would not hesitate to book the job with this company and will likely sign up for a maintenance contract. A+++ in all categories.
Our favorite tech Chris works for this company, so only naturally we reached out to them when we had to replace our AC unit on the second floor after many years. The unit was original to the house, and it appears that the builder made a narrower attic opening than was required to swap the units. Coastal Refrigeration to the rescue.. our A/C unit picked one of the hottest days of the summer to have issues.. the house temp rose to 86 degrees fast.To get a service tech out and have the problem solved within hours is just unbelievable service!
