our 30 year old walk in refrigerator had gone done right before 2 huge events were taking place at our place. Coastal did a wonderful job sourcing a new unit and scheduling the install in timely manner knowing we were in a time crunch. From Heather, Office Manager, right through the service/install technicians we had a very favorable experience due to the professionalism and and quality of work.
Very prompt service call to find out why our heat was not working. They were able to pick up part early the next morning and have it working in the morning. Highly recommend

As a first time client I have to say I was very impressed with Coastal. I had an emergency heating issue (weekend). I received prompt, professional service. Heather was wonderful in handling my call and organizing my appointment, etc. Technician came at exactly promised time and completed the job; he was knowledgeable and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend.
