Having just moved into our Asbury Park condo and experiencing bitter cold temperatures, we discovered that our heat pump couldn't keep up. Within the same day we had a technician (Chris) show up troubleshoot and resolve the issue which included correcting both a Nest thermostat and an incorrectly wired system. He was very professional, prompt, and took the time to explain everything. I would not hesitate to book the job with this company and will likely sign up for a maintenance contract. A+++ in all categories.
Coastal Refrigeration to the rescue.. our A/C unit picked one of the hottest days of the summer to have issues.. the house temp rose to 86 degrees fast.To get a service tech out and have the problem solved within hours is just unbelievable service! Back to 68 degrees!! Can’t thank Matt and his crew enough!
Matt, Heather, Chris, Jose, Sean, and Connor are the best. Always on time. Always thorough, and they will get to you in a emergency, no matter how busy they may be. They explain what's going on give you options. Always fair. Always done right.
Made a mistake of getting them for tankless water heater leak issue where they have no expertise or plumbing license. They had serviced HVAC unit and flushed the water heater previously as part of annual maintenance contract. Instead of coming, doing nothing and charging for the service call, they should have mentioned over the phone that leaks from the main unit is not in their expertise area and I should get a licensed plumber instead.
Matt, Heather and CRC’s technicians are always prompt, courteous and thorough in servicing our HVAC system, which they installed 5 years ago. I highly recommend them.
