Our favorite tech Chris works for this company, so only naturally we reached out to them when we had to replace our AC unit on the second floor after many years. The unit was original to the house, and it appears that the builder made a narrower attic opening than was required to swap the units. Having just moved into our Asbury Park condo and experiencing bitter cold temperatures, we discovered that our heat pump couldn't keep up. Within the same day we had a technician (Chris) show up troubleshoot and resolve the issue which included correcting both a Nest thermostat and an incorrectly wired system. He was very professional, prompt, and took the time to explain everything. I would not hesitate to book the job with this company and will likely sign up for a maintenance contract. A+++ in all categories.

As a first time client I have to say I was very impressed with Coastal. I had an emergency heating issue (weekend). I received prompt, professional service. Heather was wonderful in handling my call and organizing my appointment, etc. Technician came at exactly promised time and completed the job; he was knowledgeable and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend.
