They wrongfully keep deposits & bill you for known problems I rented from Coastal Realty in the past. I was not impressed with how they treat their tenants. Century 21 We visited Century 21 a while back when we were searching for a house. We waited in the tiny, cramped waiting room for about 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to come out to greet us. We asked about properties and no one was really receptive. She jumped on the computer, went to a well known realty website, printed out 4 houses and said that was all she could do for us.
