We bought what appeared to be a nice piece of waterfront overlooking Cook Inlet, for cash. The Deed stated there was nothing on the property where we wanted to build but sand and dirt. Turned out there were over 100 truckloads of buried spruce trees going down over 40 feet. When we phoned Coastal Realty and spoke to Emmit, he laughed and said well,
