I rented from coastal for a year and a half , I had to break lease to take over my mother in laws home and mortgage ,she passed away , everything was fine until the final bill , they tried to charge me 2350 to re paint because we painted , when I called to question the charge Sandra said I would have to wait til paper work came to me to fight it . 10 min later k get text from Sandra said she talked to Dawn and it’s says in lease I would have to paint back to original, when we moved in the place was a dump , I changed all lig... read more

Not a good company to rent from they smack the houses together. If there is a problem they give u hassel. Send contractors over when ever they want no warning if u dont do everyhthing they want they start causing trouble and the office lady sandra does not know how to do her job. I would look some were else dont use this company.

This company doesn't pay their vendors on time. Constantly having to reach out for payments. Went above and beyond for them but they couldn't make sure to pay their bills.
