David was a legend! He had a ton of local OC knowledge to guide me through which areas were worth looking at, and then helped me understand how I should be looking at homes to identify potential long-term issues and ways my home would appreciate over time. Once we found the right home, he helped me beat out 2 other offers and tackle a tricky insurance issue that almost prevented closing... but he figured it out and I move in this weekend!
