David was recommended to us by an out of state realtor and he did not disappoint. His initial pitch was super positive and really made us hopeful to sell our house quickly and for a good price. He is super personable and was really honest with us throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and was really communicative through every step. He had a ton of local OC knowledge to guide me through which areas were worth looking at, and then helped me understand how I should be looking at homes to identify potential long-term issues and ways my home would appreciate over time. Once we found the right home, he helped me beat out 2 other offers and tackle a tricky insurance issue that almost prevented closing... but he figured it out and I move in this weekend!
