Staff is very rude and poor service
The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The wait time was reasonable, and the process to pick up and drop off my medical equipment for testing was smooth and efficient. I received clear, professional instructions when picking up the equipment, which made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.
Liang pretends to be nice, but talks down to you. She will act as if she is on top of things, but she won't follow through, and then if you ever call her on it, it in any disagree with her, she will become upset and not help you. Liang puts on a good show, but will abandon you at the worst time. Also, often go on vacation to China. She went to China twice in the first four months I was her patient.
