Liang pretends to be nice, but talks down to you. She will act as if she is on top of things, but she won't follow through, and then if you ever call her on it, it in any disagree with her, she will become upset and not help you. Liang puts on a good show, but will abandon you at the worst time. Also, often go on vacation to China. She went to China twice in the first four months I was her patient. Called as new patient and Anita was great - got all my information and booked an appointment no problem!
No complaints. It was a perfectly normal doctor visit experience. I arrived on time and did not have to wait long to see the doctor.
Dr Ni-Cheng Liang is on top of her game. She is so thorough, detail oriented and brilliant. I highly recommend her.
