Since the new owners have taken over this company it has been terrific. They always answer the phone and provide prompt service when and if I have any issues. I would highly recommend any condo association to give them a chance and see what a difference this team makes.
Coastal Property management has the experience and contacts to handle a variety of issues in our condo complex. Joanne and Ana work closely with the Board to recommend solutions in all aspects of governing a condo. It is a rewarding and positive experience working with CPM.
Since Joanne and Ana Lake have taken over Coastal Property Management, we have found them to be exceptional, either via email or direct communication. Their willingness and prompt actions to help solve issues or keep Harbor Point Association running smoothly is very refreshing in this day and age.
I have been working with Coastal Property Management for a few years. Anytime a have a problem or concern with my store unit they always get right back to me and solve it immediately. They are great to work with for our free community events and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs well. Both Joanne and Ana are great to work with.
Coastal took over from our prior management company a couple of years ago. We find them to be very responsive, with good connections to subcontractors as needed. Very pleased with their management of our 6 condo house!
