5 weeks prior to lease renewal landlord (C Serafini ) told us he wants us to pay 12 months of our rent in advance!!!!! ( after diligently paying rent and on time, and maintaining the property ) ! No one ever told us to plan on this and he even said that we must have money as we just sold our house 6 months ago for big money! Nothing like holding a gun to our heads which is outrageous !
