DO NOT TRUST THIS REALTY. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I started with Nicole Saunches as my realtor when my friend sent me a house that I instantly fell in love with. Nicole breached her duty to me when she unilaterally changed my initial offer before sending everything over for electronic signature and hoped I wouldn’t catch it, which I didn’t.
