1) During my initial inquiry with the listing (seller's) agent for this company, the agent advised I could not see the inside of the subject property I was interested in, until I submitted a written offer to purchase the property (this is not a joke, or a stretch of the facts). The sellers expressed to us that Dr. **********'s (buyer) offer was just too complicated with many loopholes (prepared by his attorney) and they didn't feel comfortable with it.
