Coastal Prestige with Sarah Cole Erny is by far the least professional Dr office I have ever been to. It takes days for them to return phone calls if at all. I would have to call repeatedly to even get prescriptions refilled. The staff said they gave Erny my messages but she wouldn't respond. I was never notified that Sarah Cole Erny left and when I finally tracked her down she is seeing patients out of her home and now doesn't take insurance which she previously accepted. I went to Coastal Prestige as a new patient. was given an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. After a brief interview, I was charged $225 for the visit. The "DR." didn't take my blood pressure, weigh me, or take my temperature. My insurance company then reimbursed the "Dr's" office $185. Been trying to get my money back ever since. They hardly every answer the phone, and don't return calls.
He takes very good care of my elderly old mother. You would not know she was over 80. Thank you so much for that. He helped with her addiction to alcohol and depression. Thankfully a sober mother now.I started seeing Dr Ham over a year ago and I was a mess with pneumonia He knew exactly what kind strength antibiotic I needed. On a phone consultation as I was too sick to drive. He listened to me and feel totally safe and most importantly, heard. Saved my life.
