I understand that it is not policy to give everyone a heads up when you are on the way to an appointment, but if a technician arrives and notices that somebody does not answer in the first five minutes and they only wait 15 minutes, I believe it should be a customer service initiative to give the customer a quicker heads up so that way they can communicate more efficiently with the technician. Driver tailgated me for miles on a two lane road, almost hit me a couple times when I had to brake suddenly because of car in front of me. According to other reviews this is not a first time issue.
