Terrible customer service. After being a loyal customer for almost 2 years, for the first time I was experiencing difficulties with my gate and could not let the workers into the house, instead of being greeted with reason and compassion. The vice president told me “time is money.” They are not here to treat you a customer they treat you as a number and their statement could not make it more clear. No surprise I cancelled my services.
