**DO NOT RENT HERE!** This place is a health hazard. We had to break our lease due to severe mold in the A/C units, window trims, ceilings, and bathrooms. Despite constant requests, maintenance did nothing. Rain caused the guest room window to leak and the entire apartment smelled like mold no matter how much we cleaned. Im not a CCG student, but am staying here for the summer. There is a gap under the front door and bugs are constantly getting in, i even came home one day and a lizard was laying dead in the living room, the water randomly turns off occasionally, same with the wifi, there are 4 washers for the entire place and 3 of them have been broken for 2 months, as well as other small details that make it a poor place to call home.

Not worth staying at AT ALL. If you have the option to stay in the dorms, do it. If not, go get your own apartment with a friend somewhere else. This place is gross, outdated, and falling apart. The school even considered getting rid of it recently, but decided to keep it instead. Why? I don't know. You literally have to share a room here with not even a curtain for privacy.
