We travel over an hour to this gym. Coastal Performance is an incredible specialized training community, we found them through Next level field hockey. My daughter absolutely loves the personal training offered by the amazing team of coaches at coastal and the indoor field hockey training with the incredible Courtney V. She looks forward to this every week and wished we lived closer so she could train multiple days a week. I’ve been going to the small group strength training classes at Coastal Performance for 5+ years and can’t say enough great things. Their team of coaches is highly educated and always learning, not to mention kind, fun, and compassionate. They’re incredibly tuned into injuries - how to prevent them, how to modify around them when needed. They focus on form and progress without being aggressive or unsafe.
