This is the 2nd time I've gone here for Physical Therapy and the Employees are GREAT!
I’ve been going to the small group strength training classes at Coastal Performance for 5+ years and can’t say enough great things. Their team of coaches is highly educated and always learning, not to mention kind, fun, and compassionate. They’re incredibly tuned into injuries - how to prevent them, how to modify around them when needed. They focus on form and progress without being aggressive or unsafe. What a breath of fresh air to be part of a gym environment that isn't solely focused on losing weight, looking a certain way, or showing off. I see people of all ages and abilities when I'm working out and it makes me feel like I belong there. The coaches greet me by name, which makes me feel like I'm part of a community, not just a gym.
