Coastal Pediatrics was my childhood doctor’s office. I remember how much I looked forward to going, even if I was in a lot of pain or not feeling well. I also remember how Dr. Hodges and Mr. Steve made their appointments with you feel like so much fun! If I move back to the area, I will be sure my children come here for their doctors visits.

I was treated as a human and NOT a burden! The staff was amazing(3rd Surgical),I will definitely recommend to family and friends. The procedure was performed by a great doc(Dr.Benedetto) and recovery and pain management were wonderful! Wished I came here sooner.

On the evening of September 16, 2020 (Approximately 5:00 PM), my wife took me to Portsmouth Regional Hospital (Emergency Room) for a VERY bad case of "Fecal Impaction," HORRIBLE PAIN (9-10 Level) in rectum. Super nice, young and professional doctors (with an exceptional RN) took charge and ran every imaginable test on me (CAT Scan, Blood Work, Urine, etc). Also, gave me an IV with Morphine and Tylenol for my pain. Finally, after all tests were ran, they hooked up a solution (the "HOG") in a 1/4" tube from a 1/3rd filled IV B... read more

Was hospitalized the night nurse staff was good and the house keeper Benita was awesome. The day time nurse was horrible refused to fix my IV. It ended up leaking in the middle of the night due to her negligence. I had several CT scans and MRI’s while there and I asked for the results was told everything was clear. Didn’t find out any information till I was home reading my discharge paperwork. Thank who ever you believe in that the Boston hospital as close by so I can get the help in need. You really F*cked up. Also your non... read more

I wouldn’t recommend going to Seabrook ER unless you are literally dying and/or have plenty of money to throw away. I went there not long after they opened with fever and a sore throat, they did a rapid strep test, gave me no meds, and sent me home. They never called to give me my results or follow up (I was leaving for vacation that same day and some antibiotics would have saved me days of pain while traveling) but I did get a nice little $1600 bill a few months later, even through my insurance covered ER visits. I was able... read more

This hospital views the mentally ill as “a problem to be dealt with and no revenue stream” we have had many experiences that suggest they hate the mentally ill!

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Patient experience and safety are a top priority, and we take concerns like this very seriously. These comments have been shared with our Administration and the Behavioral Health Unit's leadership and we would appreciate the opportunity to learn more. If you would be willing to speak with someone about your concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to our Vice President of Quality at 603-433-4826.
