After taking my 3 kids there for many years, since they were newborns, I finally had to make the switch to another pediatrician’s office. The front office staff is what really made us switch. I love Dr. Blank and Dr. Pecht but their office lacks in administrative organization and as a result, it impacts my overall trust in the medical staff. I came for an annual checkup for my 4 year old and we didn’t leave the office until almost 2 hours later. Part of the reason for the wait was because they could not locate his immunization records from his prior pediatrician. This office has a very callous and insensitive staff. Do not go here if you desire a kindhearted and compassionate pediatric staff.
