They can never keep the same open schedule. One month it’s only open Tuesday the next only Wednesdays and the next week only Mondays. Three times this month have they called me to “reschedule “ because they keep changing their times. My child is under 5 and to have a pediatric dentist continue to change their times and appointments the week off if not sooner is INSANE. 0/5 Stars (if I could give zero, I would) I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office, especially the receptionist and billing department. I had been bringing my children here for two years and not once was I notified of any outstanding balance. If I could give zero stars I would. The billing system is horrible parents never receive bills until they are almost a year old. No office staff inform you of a bill when you are in the office. Staff is not friendly the last time my kids got their teeth cleaned the person who was there was rough and impatientwith my 4 year old. Most of the time when you call the phone rings until you are forwarded to a voicemail box that is full. I will never bring my kids back again.

This place is a joke! We had an appointment today, arrived there 15 min earlier as they asked for. For the whole 45min that we’ve been waiting I didn’t see a single person coming in or out the office. Only thing you could hear was giggling and talk from the back of the office, but those were adults . So they don’t respect your time, they don’t respect you as a patient, that’s why we just left after talking with the front desk.
