I’ve been going here for about 5 years for my son who has profound autism. They are wonderful with him and times when he isn’t feeling well they always fit him in and take their time with him. We have seen all the doctors in the office and haven’t had a bad experience with any of them. I’ve had bad experiences in the past because some doctors just don’t know how to work with my son, but has never been the case here. Well earned 5 stars
All the pediatricians are kind, patient, informative, and great with my kids. It's easy to get in for appointments if one gets sick and I've used their after hours call service a few times which is available 24/7. Being open on Saturdays for urgent appointments has also been helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
Take your child here if you don't love them. This is a factory not a doctor's office. When you arrive they will quickly usher you to the exam room only to wait about 30-60 minutes to see a doctor as they are over booked by Coastal. Coastal will try and book appointments you do not require and even lied to me which I quickly debunked on a Google search. We have been going to Coastal Pediatric Care for almost 10 years and love the doctors and staff. They are always very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I loved how as my daughter got older, they started to ask her questions directly, so she could learn to advocate for herself. I highly recommend this practice.
