Ever since you switched over Musc the company change. You no longer accept a walk in visit for sick child. My daughter was refused service and was told u could give an appointment for the next day .was told that we would have take her to the emergency room for care. Currently looking for another provider.

Updating my review 9/8/25: PLEASE do not take your children here. They absolutely will not get your child in for a sick visit. I have been trying to get our medical records transferred to a new pediatrician for THREE MONTHS and they will not do it. I have called weekly and get a different answer each time (if someone answers at all). I have sent request forms twice. I am not a review writer but I would give 0 stars if I could based on wait times alone. A phone call… I was 26th in line. A scheduled appointment with only 2 other families in the practice - finally seen by the doctor an HOUR after arriving. The doctor’s care is good but the customer service is abysmal. I am absolutely finding a new practice.
