The quality of care has really gone down since the merge. My kiddo had a double ear infection and I called to get an appointment the earliest available was 2 weeks out. I ended up taking him somewhere else because waiting 2 weeks was unacceptable. Fast forward to today, had a wellness check appointment that we scheduled 3 months ago. We were late because of miscommunication on what time the appointment actually was. Got there and was told that we couldn't been seen even though the office was totally empty. they keep rescheduling my sons 4 months shots and will be 5 months very soon this is unacceptable!! very unprofessional, it is just so disappointing and putting our babies at risk. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!
Super frustrated with this place! Why continue to accept new patients if you cannot keep up with it. We chose to go here despite the reviews. The first NP we saw was great, assured us we will have no issues getting an appointment with him. Well our two month visit was with someone new…nearly at 3 months old. Thought we would stick with her she was nice. No. His “4” month visit a different Dr. fine no issues with her. They couldn’t fit him in until he was 5 months though. Corporate care is not patient care. If you want a provider that talks, treats, understand your and your childs needs. This is not the place for you. Everything they do is for their financial benefit, to cover their own behinds and to waiste your time and have you leave more frustrated then before. It's a shame our poor kids who suffer in the end
Rescheduled my daughters 2 month shots over and over sent no reminder. Now she is going on 4 months without her shots. Refused to see her because she was late due to their miscommunication! Horrible office worker Diana has a nasty attitude. Will be escalating this matter. Diana at the front desk should not work in a pediatric office. Probably a gas station instead if she decides to treat people that way. Diana is so unprofessional and unempathetic is disgusting.
