We switched to Coastal Payroll during COVID. Originally we had fantastic service. I even referred a lot of my friends. The last year the company has gone down hill. Nobody answers the phone. Literally. If you are having issues while processing payroll you won’t get any help. Plan on being on hold for over 20 minutes and then just getting a voicemail.
