Add me to the list of collection disputes. They triple charged me for a biopsy and I disputed it. I never heard from them again and then suddenly I get a letter from collections. I have had a perfect credit history and never a problem like this. I will never go to a doctor that sends lab tests to this company again.
I was uninsured at the time of my procedure & they charged me an astronomical pathology fee. When I called their billing department, they claimed they already gave me a “50% discount” at the time of my account creation and refused to lower my bill when I said I could pay half of my bill upfront today and be done with it. Only thing they claimed they were able to do was put me on a payment plan. Disappointing to say the least.
Sent to collections and was never even sent a bill. They should be penalized for bad business practices.
Never received bill. They sent straight to collections.
Same experience as others… this company sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. I have excellent credit so this is very upsetting! I was able to find out which doctor used their company and I will be encouraging them to never use them again.
