Same experience as others… this company sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. I have excellent credit so this is very upsetting! I was able to find out which doctor used their company and I will be encouraging them to never use them again.
Same as the other one star reviews, paid all of these bills from my wife's surgery out of pocket. This was 8 months ago and today we get a debt collection letter. Will be getting the Health and Human services fraud department and bbb involved with this.
Service was in April….finally received bill in August. Paid it. Received another bill in September. I paid it also, not remembering August payment. It was same amount….paid twice. I called Coastal pathology……they can’t even find me in their records !!!!!!!
