Rochelle and sierra were nice but andre was very incompetent. He didnt know english but he also didnt know anything

They say there’s free ice and then they give you a hard time about a simple bag of ice that’s the size of a sandwich bag. will never be back.
The man at the front desk is extremely rude. I asked for a bag of ice, and they gave me not even a quarter bag and said, "You will not be getting any more ice," but hotel policy allows for as much ice as you ask for during your stay. The rooms are busted, as the drawers to the dresser and vanity in the bathroom are off track, the TV is very small, the balconies are not private, and the door to the room is not sealed properly so all of the cool air runs out all day.
