Todd has done work for me twice. I bought a LivingSocial deal and he did a great job painting a bedroom. He recently painted both of my porch ceilings and a porch floor. He did a great job and was easy to work with. He has some negative reviews online that might have scared me away if I had not used his services before. I believe that he was overwhelmed with LivingSocial "cheap" customers. Give small businesses a chance. There has to be a stream of paying customers and not just those out for a deal!

I bought 2 Groupons to cover my high stairwell. I called Todd 2 months ago and he said he could come out in two weeks. He told me to email him with the details again. When I did he said the first he could come out was Sat. Dec. 8th. I said okay but when I tried to email him again, several times, I received no response. I called the company but no one is ever there. I finally got ahold of him a week before and he left a message that he would be there Sat. This guy is oversold on groupons and cannot manage it. He has yet to respond to any communication. I was lucky to get through on the phone to find out he was booked for 3 months due to being oversold on Groupon, which is beyond the expiration date. It reminds me of Seinfeld, he can "take the reservation, but cannot hold the reservation, and that's the most important part". Great Work, Great Service – I had Todd come and repair some cracks in our living room and dining room walls, then paint. Work was great. He was on-time, worked neatly and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone.
