5 stars. I wish every doctor’s visit was this pleasant, informative and productive. The appointment was made over the phone by Becky and she was friendly, prompt and efficient. The wait at the office was short and paperwork clear/easy to fill out. Dr.Kinch was the provider and is as a good doctor should be - not pushing unnecessary procedures or medications. I am a 70 yr.old woman who has been dealing with chronic pain for 25 years. I have had every pain injection,some surgeries by neurosurgeon over 4 years ago that nothing else could be done for me. I'll be the 1st to say many pain mgmt doctors can be tough to deal with. Please do not trust Dr Hill!!!! He had just purchased this business from Dr Zitello, had been his patient for 10 plus years. I didn’t know it was sold, and showed for my appointment. Went back for a routine injection in my neck. As soon as he was inserting, the needle something felt wrong because I could feel it in my legs, and I told him something’s not right.
