I drove 45 minutes to my appointment after having called in advance to confirm they had my imaging. When I arrived, I was turned away because I hadn't completed intake paperwork ahead of time. I have a concussion. Managing paperwork and advance instructions is exactly the kind of thing that is difficult for someone in my situation.
