The administrator staff is the best I’ve experienced, my MA, Chelsea, is great and personable, and my provider, Cynthia, is excellent. She listens to my issues, she doesn’t rush the discussion and she’s very professional. She’s easy to talk to about something so personal as severe chronic pain. This is not a practice that just prescribes and sends you on your way. I can’t even get an appointment here. They never answer the phone, all you get is recordings. leave a message and nobody ever calls you back. I have tried about six times.

I love the staff here Chelsea is so kind and personal and Lisa at the front desk was very informative and professional and Dr Cynthia is the best and really explained all my options. Thank you!
