I chose Coastal Pacific Dermatology after reading solid Google reviews—wanted the best care for my 15-year-old daughter’s eczema and white spots. I skipped insurance to get in faster, paid out-of-pocket, and was told upfront the consult would run $150–$350. Fine. In the exam room, the doctor said she’d need a biopsy—asked again about cost, got “no more than $350.” I agreed. I have seen dermatologists off and on since I was a teenager. Dr. Krishna is the best I have worked with by leaps and bounds. My nurse at Scripps recommended her. I saw her and she addressed all of my concerns in an efficient and thorough manner. I have a history of skin cancer, and she also checked an item of concern for me and then promptly evaluated it, scheduled a follow-up, and treated it, eliminating a pre-cancerous threat.
