Because life itself is all about the journey, I think those that lighten the journey should be praised. So, I’m taking a deliberate moment to praise Coastal Orthopedic Associates again. When dealing with a health issue, typically some of the first people you talk to are the receptionist of the medical facilities. They can really set the tone for the type of experience you can expect. Lacey - the Beverly admin staff phone room operator at Coastal orthopedics, has a wonderful attitude and is very proactive in her role. She’s a role model in general and in her position across the industry. Big shout out to people who have great energy - they deserve recognition!
Ive been on hold 4 different times for 10 minutes just trying to schedule an appointment. Hire more receptionist?
We are first-time patients. We felt the doctor was patient and took the time to explain what was wrong with my daughter's finger. Who knew you could hurt a pinkie finger? The nurse was also helpful in trying to figure out the correct fit for the cast. A clean environment and very little waiting time. Hopefully we won't need to return, but if we do, we'll stick with this practice. Thank you!
