Positive experience. Did not feel rushed and was given good information on all choices for my care. All the staff were excellent.
I've had a broken, I don't know if it's Tiba or my ankle doesn't matter. It's been broken for 5 months. I go in and see this Jeffrey Lazarus. However, you spell his name, didn't even give me 5 freaking minutes. He looked at my X-ray, but because I have a mental health doctor and my doctor is in urgent care with 3 other doctors. Said, I'm gonna get arrested because of my drug Profile...Maybe you should ask more questions in urgent care, there's more than one doctor like they're all in the same practice together, just like you... read more
Dr. Lugo was very knowledgeable and very personable with his patience. He did rotor cuff replacement and I could not be happier. My sutures were nice and close together leaving very little of a scarring.
