This PT facility cannot keep its elevator working. This has happened several times. That means someone who is not ambulatory has to either re-schedule (which is always a hassle!) or wait for a staff member to help -UP 33 STEPS - and the staff don’t seem at all motivated to help in this way).

As always, Coastal Ortho never ceases to amaze me, especially in this day and age. The staff is second to none and has been for the past fifteen years with the prompt service, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. Doctor Todd Shrader has been my doctor from the beginning and if there is another doctor that is as attentive and more professional than this man don't know who he/she may be. I had an appointment with Dr. Fleming today and he is such a wonderful doctor! My first time seeing an Ortho. He came in like a ray of sunshine and, after going over my x-rays in detail, he asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns for him. For the first time, not only did I not feel rushed, but also felt heard by a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Fleming! Also, I had a great experience with the rest of the staff at this place, including the x-ray techs.
