Had one of the best experiences, and they answered all my questions without hesitation; will be coming back!!!
dr Lien was nice and all the staff was friendly but when you have problems with glasses why not trying to fix them when their scratches on the lens from the stuff coming off them then throw a cloths and cleaning stuff at them and tell them they can't fix them we're using stuff that we shouldn't use it l never buy glasses from here again after the money I spent on them! ill go someone else im not happy!
Getting my first pair of glasses. Cheryl is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I had a great visit. The staff was great and very knowledgeable.
I have used Coast Optical for years. This is a great place. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. I visited on 8/14 and got right in. The appointment wraith Dr Vu was thorough and efficient. This was my 2nd time seeing Dr Vu and I really like her. After my exam, Cheryl expertly helped me with picking new glasses and getting the best value for my money.
