First I want to thank the lady at the front desk I didn’t get her name but she had excellent customer service. She was so kind and was able to fit my kid in for an appointment the same day. Second the Doctor was amazing she explained my kiddos results in a way I definitely understood. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and although my kid wasn’t able to find a pair of glasses she liked, we didn't feel forced to buy a pair and they were so understanding. What a wonderful group of healthcare professionals!!! Mother is 89, and I was so happy with how she was treated by everyone! She can’t hear well and everyone made sure she could hear what was happening and why. She was given options instead of just writing a prescription and sending her to the glasses area. Thank you all so much!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
I just absolutely love coastal optical. Citek has been my doctor for a very long time now. Everyone definitely seems to be family there. Many of the crew have been there for a very long time, So it just makes for a very comfortable environment. And of course, everyone there is professional and genuinely kind
As soon as you walk in - employees are confident yet friendly! That makes such a difference when working closely with patients!!! Five Stars definitely "shines" at this place!
I have been going here for many years and it never disappoints. The stay has always been friendly and even though I have usually seen Dr. Citek who is great, Dr. Vu is great too. They explain everything going on with your eyes in detail and do whatever needed to help you.
