First I want to thank the lady at the front desk I didn’t get her name but she had excellent customer service. She was so kind and was able to fit my kid in for an appointment the same day. Second the Doctor was amazing she explained my kiddos results in a way I definitely understood. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and although my kid wasn’t able to find a pair of glasses she liked, we didn't feel forced to buy a pair and they were so understanding. I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and valued. The overall atmosphere was very home-warming, and you can truly tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend them!
I have been going here for many years and it never disappoints. The stay has always been friendly and even though I have usually seen Dr. Citek who is great, Dr. Vu is great too. They explain everything going on with your eyes in detail and do whatever needed to help you.
Allow me to start off by saying my visit for glasses with Coastal Optical was amazing. Betsy was the person that worked with me on my complete setup..frames, lenses, and fitting of the glasses. I’ve gone to other Optical places and i must say that Coastal is definitely rated top 1. I hope you get a chance to visit with Coastal Optical and experience professionalism with Betsy. Betsy knows what she is doing when it comes to her assistance with picking out the best frames and etc.
This was my first time to see Dr Vu. She was delightful. She explained everything thoroughly and simply. She was attentive and thorough. And she just genuinely was a delightful person. I will definitely refer everyone to her.
