Coastal Cadillac Chevrolet are the bait and switch champions of 2023. These people will rob you blind if you're not paying attention. I really wanted to buy a truck that was being offered on their website and also on Autotrader for $42,000, but when I started showing interest in it, all of a sudden the price miraculously somehow had jumped up to $44,000, and I was also willing to drive 7+ hours just to buy it. All buyers need to be weary when buying anything from this place.

Sales person gave me a verbal promise that the issue on the car I bought was the result of low power steering fluid and claimed it was confirmed by their mechanics. Turns out the power steering rack was going out and it took ** $3500 to fix. I understand we bought the vehicle as is, but giving false information to make a sale is negotiating in bad faith. Based off of my one experience i would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
BAIT AND SWITCH PROFESSIONALS! Phone calls and text messages to confirm the availability of a car, left work early. Lo and behold...NO SUCH CAR EXISTED there but they did have a more expensive one! LIARS!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

we was originally living in Carolina Forrest and we purchased our Nissans from Strand Nissan..so we move to Georgetown county three years ago.. So Coastal Nissan had been Serviceing both of our vehicles over the past year!! We love you this Dealership here .. The staff is very Professional and Very Friendly ..They do a great job ..
