Great properties, excellent customer service, user friendly rental portals, great experience all around.
Katie Foss from GO NEST has been absolutely awesome. I unfortunately put her through some substantial obstacles throughout my stay. She dealt with them, with grace and composure. Very professional, compassionate, and extremely hard working. She also managed her rentals with great efficiency. It was my sincere pleasure to work with such a professional and wonderful person.
Katie, the new property manager, is excellent. If something breaks she is on it immediately. Good tenants in the building. Bernard makes sure the apartments look good. Online rent payment is easy.
As a landlord, Bernard and Katie have been fantastic for both me and my tenants. They are responsive to the tenants needs, and let me know whenever anything needs to be taken care of. They have resources available to handle any maintenance needs that may come up. Any landlord that doesn't want to be involved in the day-to-day of running a building, Bernard and Katie are a great resource and worth every penny. I highly recommend them both for landlords and tenants.
