Had a pedicure and absolutely loved it
Let's hit the highs and lows I went for a pedicure. Highs they accept walk ins and are very clean. Staff is friendly and seem to do a good thorough job. Lows because of the language barriers it is hard to ask questions about the package details (I'd never heard of a "collagen boot" so I tried to find out the difference between that and a paraffin treatment she was very confused.). I came in on Saturday to get my nails done. Not only are they crooked. I also had 3 of my fingers cut and they are sharp and some are shorter than others. Plus I was charged an extra $15 for a color. I use to love coming here but after that encounter I will be going somewhere else. Also the lady who answers the phone needs to learn manners as well as when someone is booking an appointment and they ask how long. Giving them a time frame not just well it's going to be a while.
