Ernie came to my house for an on-site consultation and gave me good advice about light types and placements for a large addition we were building. I used some of the high-end lights in special places such as my art wall and shower, and the result is great. The times I called or texted him, and he was helpful and quick to respond. We needed immediate delivery of a few of the lights due to our mistake, and he had a runner drive to the factory to pick them up so we got them in time. They have a nice store and helpful staff.
