Kayana is awesome and very sweet kind of nice to have somebody with a great attitude to speak to on the phone or in person helps you threw the day
I had to bring my son here and I was not happy to do so. But the young lady at the from Keyna was very polite she interacted so kindly with my son . My daughter wasn’t even being seen but she initiated conversations with her also. Very kind and professional young lady . The psychiatric provider though was way too quick with my sons appointment I felt it should have been longer but I guess it’s go straight to the point right!! Only leaving 5 stars cause how fantastic that front seat receptionist was !!
Let me say this I was very skeptical when making my appointment from reading the reviews. But since they had the quickest time to get me an appointment I went right ahead. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ in regards the the bad reviews. Kayaana the receptionist was amazing she was so kind and knew exactly what she was doing!!
