Bill riley is a horrible doctor, so disrespectful clearly thinks very low of women with bpd, saying we cant hold a job and undiagnosed me with bpd because i wasn’t argumentative with him over the course of our one minute phone call. Meanwhile not knowing anything of my personal life, relationships, didnt even ask if i have a job he just made assumptions about me! If you want actual help, do not go to Bill Riley, he is a doctor that does not care.

Bill Riley is a horrible doctor, after a one minute evaluation he decided to tell my friend who had been throughly evaluated by other doctors and told she has bpd that she in fact doesn’t have bpd and apparently “knows everything about her” after a small 3 questions. If you want actual help and have bpd don’t go to this doctor. He is super invalidating, has a judgment on how every single person with bpd should be and stereotyping women with bpd and doesn’t truly care about the mental health of his patients. I read a lot of these reviews and was pretty worried. I try not to judge a place based on their chair choices as they do have folding chairs in the office. I review the staff and I can say the receptionist was fantastic, very nice to both myself and my teen son and the dr we spoke to via video chat was very pleasant. I think a lot of what you receive is what you give out and with a good attitude and some patience you can have a good experience here. It's no Waldorf Astoria but we didn't come for the furniture
